Tiered Drawstring Skirt

A flowy midi-to-maxi skirt with a gathered, elasticated waistband and long self-tie drawstring at the center front. The silhouette is softly tiered with fine horizontal stitched bands above the main volume, falling into a full skirt with a wide hem finish. Shown in both ivory and black.
